Welcome to MS Gatton Ranch Australian and American
Shepherds LLC.
We have puppies
planned this year 2012.
We are expecting an
NAMASCUSA/FSS AKC American Shepherd litter and,
a
standard litter of Aussies in the spring.
TY and
Echo will expect a litter late Jan early Feb. 2012.
We offer wonderful pre-birth discounts on any litter we expect, Just
simply hold a pup
out of an
up and coming litter and get 200 off the
listed
price. Show/breed puppies are 850 to 1500
and
pet puppies range from 650 to 750. Reserve and save 200 dollars.
We have done genetic testing on all breeding dogs at this time.
Results of testing available upon request. I do also charge sales tax in addition to
final price.

All deposits are non-refundable
If for any reason you need to put off getting the puppy your deposit is
still considered money put forth to a pup. You have 5 years to apply the deposit to
a puppy
from the date your deposit was recieved. If we are
no longer breeding then deposit is lost.
You
may loose order of choice for a later litter. We don't plan to end our breeding program
but
we never take for granted our opportunity to help people
find that special puppy!!!
It cost a lot of money to produce a good and healthy dog with potential.
The deposit allows for us to consider
the pup sold, if you back out it cost us additional funds to place the pup. We then are left with a pup that is
older and harder to sell, the pup needs additional shots, and nutrition. We want our obligation to you,in providing a healthy, quality pup to be taken
very seriously!!! It is a huge responsibility to produce and find homes for these precious pups. We are careful to findhappy, healthy homes. That is why We feel in offering the 200.00 discount for pre-birth pups with a non-refundable
deposit, we discourage those who are not serious about dog ownership. It allows time forbuyers to become totally ready for the puppy when it comes home. Deposits start apayment option. Pups need to be paid in full by 8 weeks of age. Thiscan give buyers several weeks to buy the needed supplies and to pay theremaining balance owed. This saves us money also because wedon't
have to advertisee the puppy. We just pass that savings on to you.Pre-birth purchases also give you wonderful anticipation of the new baby. The pre-birth discount gives you a huge cost savings
but you are still at the mercy of Mother Nature! If a litter is lost or If a litter is born and
you don't find something you want, we will roll your deposit over to a later litter. we can provide references !!!
